Production time

Every piece is made for you after the order is placed — nothing is picked off a shelf. We take 2–3 business days from order confirmation to select the beads, string the bracelet and check it over.

Production can run slightly longer during sales and holidays. If yours will, we will tell you rather than let the date slip quietly.

Delivery

Your parcel is dispatched as soon as the bracelet passes inspection. Standard shipping then takes about 7–10 calendar days.

That is roughly a fortnight from ordering to wearing. Worth allowing for if it is a birthday or a Christmas present.

Returns and exchanges

Pieces you designed

Anything made in the studio is built to your design and yours alone. Even so, if what arrives is not what you hoped for, tell us within 30 days and we will sort it out — an exchange or store credit, whichever suits you better.

The piece needs to come back unworn and as it left us for this to apply.

Ready-to-wear pieces

For anything bought finished rather than designed — the Staff Picks, for instance — you can return or exchange it within 30 days of receipt.

It needs to be unworn, unscratched, undamaged, and still in its original packaging.

If something arrives damaged

Open your parcel and look the piece over straight away. If it is damaged, faulty, or simply not what you ordered, get in touch within 48 hours of delivery.

Send us your order number and a few clear photographs showing the problem. Once we have confirmed it, we replace the piece free of charge.

None of this affects the rights your local consumer law gives you, which stand whatever this page says.

Changing or cancelling an order

Within 24 hours of ordering, write to us and we will change or cancel it at no cost. Nothing has been made yet.

After 24 hours the piece is already in production, so it can no longer be cancelled. Before it ships we will send you a photograph of the finished bracelet, so you see the real thing rather than the drawing.
