Information we collect

We process account, design, cart and order data. Generated previews and bracelet reference photos you choose to upload are stored in Cloudflare R2.

How we use information

We use data to provide design tools, analyze uploaded bracelet references, save drafts, calculate prices, fulfill orders and support customers.

Third-party services

Medusa powers commerce and customer accounts, Cloudflare R2 stores images, an AI model provider processes design briefs and reference photos, and Stripe may process payments.

Cookies and local storage

We store four things in your browser, all of them necessary to run features you use: your sign-in token, so you stay signed in; your cart id, so a cart survives a reload and follows you into your account when you sign in; your light or dark theme preference; and any unsaved design on the canvas, so a reload does not lose your work. We set no advertising or analytics storage and do not track you across other sites. Clearing your browser storage for this site removes all four — you will be signed out and an unsaved draft will be lost.

Retention and security

We retain data only as needed and apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards.

Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your account data, subject to legal retention requirements.
