Designing

Do I need to know anything about stones?

No. Tell the AI designer who it is for, the occasion, a colour you like or a budget, and it builds a strand from what we stock. If you would rather pick every bead yourself, the manual studio is the same canvas without the conversation.

Can I change what the AI made?

Yes — it lands on the canvas as an ordinary design. Move beads, swap them, change the length, or ask for a revision in the chat. Nothing is locked.

How does the AI pick beads?

It is given the real catalogue and can only choose from it, matching your brief against colour, size, price and the traditional associations recorded for each stone. It cannot invent a bead we do not carry, and it will tell you when a brief is not possible instead of designing around the problem. More on that in design philosophy.

Can I order someone else’s design from the gallery?

Yes. Open it, pick your wrist size — the strand is rebuilt to close at that length, so the bead count and price update — and add it to the cart. Or take it to the canvas and change it first; the original designer is credited with the remix either way.

Size and fit

What size should I order?

Measure your wrist and choose that number — the ease is already built into the quoted length. The size guide has the two-minute method and the full range we offer.

What if it does not fit?

Tell us within 30 days and we will exchange it or put the value on store credit, whichever you prefer — it needs to come back unworn. The full policy has the detail.

Materials

Are the stones natural?

Mostly. Where a stone is commonly heated, dyed or coated we say so on its page rather than leaving it to be assumed — look for “Formation” in the attributes table. Where we are not certain, we leave it blank instead of guessing.

Do the meanings mean anything?

They are traditional associations, and we describe them as exactly that. They are a good way to choose between two stones you like equally. They are not health advice and we make no claim that a stone does anything.

How do I look after it?

Off before water and perfume, out of strong sun, away from knocks — and elastic is a consumable that eventually wants restringing. Bead care has the detail, including which of our stones are the soft ones.

Ordering

Do I need an account?

Not to design, and not to add to the cart. You need one to check out, so the order has an owner and you can find it again afterwards. A cart started as a guest follows you into the account when you sign in.

How long does it take?

Two to three business days to make, then about 7–10 days in the post — a fortnight or so all told. Shipping & returns has the detail, and it is worth reading before you order a present for a particular date.

Can I cancel or return a custom bracelet?

You can cancel free within 24 hours, before anything is made. After that it is in production, but we photograph the finished piece before it ships so you see the real thing — and if it still is not right, you have 30 days for an exchange or store credit.
